The new world as we know, has taken stress to ‘pandemic’ proportions. This new construct of social and professional life is seeing mental distress spread faster than ever. Changes in how we live and work have created new challenges of social disconnectedness, financial disruptions and health woes. A detrimental effect on emotional and mental wellbeing is being evident as millions around the world are struggling at mentally and emotionally coping up with these uncertainties.

Hi, I am Shevangi Gandhi, a mental health counsellor and a post graduate counsellor. I am a Masters of Guidance and Counselling from James Cook University Singapore; B.A Psychology from University at Buffalo. I specialise in Mental health counselling specifically in Thought management coaching.

 

I wake up each day to stories of my clients, family and friends all affected by one single debilitating entity - stress. Each with uniqueness in their story. Some are personal, some professional and some are purely social. But what stays common in this uniqueness is their inability to find peace, happiness and mental balance. 

 

My consultations with each of them have been tailored to their individual issues. We focus on identifying the root of their troubles and guide them to liberate their mind from these inhibitions. Our sessions are interactive and demonstrative. We touch upon issues that are personal and professional with utmost client – counsellor privacy. Our effective stress management tools and proven thought training exercises helps them effectively train their minds into successfully dealing with their stress levels.
